SAN JOSE, Calif. -- In an extended interview, Velvin Hogan, the jury foreman in the Apple vs. Samsung patent infringement case, offers more insights into the jury deliberations that led to a $1.5 billion judgment against the South Korean consumer electronics giant.
Hogan told
EE Times that he believes the jury's decision was just and that the case will ultimately result in greater protection of intellectual property rights.
